      Pros

      International experience: meeting, training, seminars. Leadership and mentoring. Technical knowledge that makes it a reference in certification and testing market.

      Cons

      Sometimes the career path and career development are not clear. Different Business Units receive different level of support. Slow changing.

      Decent employee benefits, & nice building.

      Cons

      Horrible management team, incompetent and non existent HR Department. There is a lot of bulling and harassment by team leads and managers, multiple safety violations and no proper training. NO Experience necessary to work here!!! No joke, "In this company everybody gets enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying off the handle, running down they boss, knifing co-workers in the back, dodging responsibility, and pushing their luck!" Do not waste your time with this company unless you are desperate for a job and a paycheck!
