Pros

Flexible scheduling. Ability to learn new things. Relatively relaxed work environment. Not too much micro-managing.

Cons

Unfair pay; 10% to as high as 30% less yearly pay is given compared to other companies offering similar roles. Pay for similar roles within the company at other locations is better than Arkansas. Pay is based broadly and internal job moves will not get you a raise despite a new title. A lot of the management don't have backbones and a decent amount could do with a demotion/termination. Favoritism is abundant, with customers and internal employees. The more you learn to do, the more valuable you will become. You will not be compensated for hard work and being a highly valued employee.

Pros

Flexibility and it's not hard to look like a superstar if you just work a little hard because others around you show low productivity or no sense of urgency.

Cons

Diversity. If you are a person of color you are still treated as a supporting role even with more accomplishments and degrees because you are in not in "the club." You will be talked down to, not trusted, and put on secondary projects in middle manager roles-Giving little to no hope career progression is an option. The 50% female C-Suite is the biggest accomplishment in the past few years - but even that lacks it's diversity.
