Salary is always an important conversation; our global compensation team continuously researches the market to make sure we stay competitive. Where we stand apart from the competition is truly in our annual performance bonuses. Every UL Solutions employee is eligible and while individual performance is a factor in any bonus plan, we are pleased our company performance has been historically strong in hitting top payout targets. We realize any back to work policy is an adjustment after working remotely for some time, however, we are pleased to offer a hybrid 3 days a week for roles that don’t necessitate “in person” work.
