      Timely compensation, work life balance

      Cons

      UL and managements failure to plan becomes your problem. Tools and procedures have been eroded. Employee benefits eroded. The communication at this company is incredibly poor to non-existent. Embarrassing that this is a multi-billion dollar organization.

      Pros

      Chill teammates, largely delivery-based work means no pressure on being early or late as long as work is done and delivered on time. No time-in and time-out, but there is still a system to ensure that rare instances of overtime is accounted and paid for. Interesting work that doesn't feel purposeless.

      Cons

      Corporate has terrible communication skills. Career growth prospects seem limited. Average benefits compared to other industries where their talent can progress to. Company strategy is uninspiring. Global corporate is also slowly mandating more days in the office.

      Pros

      I liked what I was selling.

      Cons

      There was a lack of process and too many people in the mid-management role. They were outsourcing a lot of SDR and LDR roles to the Philippines and I go the impression they did not care about the sales team at all. It could have been a great place to work but it wasn't.
