Pros
1. It’s a globally recognized brand 2. The benefits are ok not great but ok Absolutely, positively, without a doubt, the worst employer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for.
Cons
1. Bad pay 2. Zero career advancement 3. Horrible bonus structure 4. Only looks out for top leadership 5. Doesn’t reward employees for job well done 6. Works with skeleton crew mentality 7. Yearly reduction in workforce (mandatory) 8. Work Life balance is subpar 9. Annual raises are 1/3 of annual the national inflation rate 10. No loyalty to tenured employees
