      Well, it had a nice lake view so that's nice.

      Nice cafeteria, met some great coworkers and friends, nice lake trail for walking around, ample parking, the job paid decent enough, benefits were pretty good

      Cons

      Unequitable pay/advancement, human resources was much more worried about growing other departments and putting on a good face for leadership than building within their own team

      Work in multiple projects contemporaneously and in different stages. Experience gained through a broad variety of projects-layouts and challenges. People stick to a high-demanding job thanks to a strong team culture.

      Cons

      Continuous leadership changes and reduction in force almost yearly. Vicious cycle of laying off the senior to replace with junior, or summon teams from lower income countries to fill the holes. Company highly Revenue driven.
