      Pros

      The Mothership in Northbrook is solid. Good benefits, lots of locations globally. It's a brand-name organization with a strong sense of corporate responsiblity.

      Cons

      Some of the recent acquisitions are all over the place. Hard to see why they bought them, and nobody seems to be minding the store. CEO is a little tone deaf, out of touch with the day to day workers. Salaries are stagnant, not a lot of room for growth if you're mid-level.

      Pros

      People are very nice, capable, and helpful. The atmosphere is relaxed, if precariously so. Benefits are reasonable.

      Cons

      Training is poorly handled. Pay is a bit on the low side. Learning curve is high, and with recent shakeup, everyone is on that curve.
