      It was a nice company before 2022

      Pros

      Not a lot. It used to be a great environment to play in, but currently, it's far away from what it was.

      Cons

      Leadership as **** it up real bad in the last year. Teams are really siloed, projects barely move forward, the last CPO didn't last even a year in the company, and there's an overall feeling of being lost. The company is in dire need of a reset.

      Pros

      Data people are nice and collaborative. The product is interesting. The pay is good.

      Cons

      The company is not data driven anymore and there is a serious lack in strategy which has resulted to layoff which is still painfully ongoing. Very high turnover. The culture is deteriorating. Lots of hierarchy and talking at your back.
