Work with nice and motivated colleagues, great place for more junior people to learn and grow. Despite the ambiguity, everyone tries their best.

Cons

No real coherent strategy or direction High attrition rate on the leadership level Senior talent will struggle to grow after being there for 2 years.

Pros

The pay and benefits are decent, even though you don't get any equity. My coworkers were really awesome people.

Cons

No equity in the company. Really horrible executives who are completely disconnected from staff. My executive was outwardly hostile to my team and publicly shut down our ideas constantly. She also would not accept or act on legitimate feedback given openly and honestly. The interview process really highlighted company values, but once inside the executive team basically ignored all those values. People who were "yes" men and women got promoted. People doing good and difficult work got laid off.

people is amazing, leaders are very bad they HAD good perks, now they don't even know if they are going to keep it

Cons

leaders lie in your face they don't have a good strategy on how to go navigate the crisis the structure of the company is bad, delivering something takes too much time
