Misleading and poor communication

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote working can be convenient

Cons

Leadership often seemed unsure of the long-term vision, creating a sense of instability. Priorities shifted frequently, which made it difficult to understand what truly mattered. The product roadmap lacked clarity, so teams struggled to plan effectively. Communication across departments was inconsistent, leading to confusion about goals and expectations. Projects were often started without proper scoping, which caused rework and frustration.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Building a product that stays ahead of customer needs in a fast-moving market does require agility, and that can mean priorities shift as we learn and adapt. At the same time, we recognize how important it is that teams have clear direction, strong scoping, and consistent communication across functions. We’re continually working to improve how we share our vision and roadmap so it’s easy to understand what matters most, why decisions are being made, and how teams can collaborate effectively.

Pros

Nice company. Competent engineering team.

Cons

Nothing special. No company is perfect. This one does the same as the others and lays off when needed.

Pros

Good Compensation and Flexible Work Options

Cons

Since 2023, there have been regular rounds of layoffs approximately every 6 months, often just below legal thresholds. Some of these have affected employees during or just before family-related leave. Leadership changes have introduced significant uncertainty. The leadership and executive team appear to have limited to no experience in similar roles, which has impacted strategic decision-making and employee confidence.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We recognize that periods of change, including leadership transitions and workforce decisions, can create uncertainty and have real impact on teams. We’re committed to approaching these moments thoughtfully, communicating clearly, and keeping the employee experience at the center of how decisions are made. We’ll take this perspective forward as we continue strengthening how we lead and support teams while driving growth and building for the long term.
