Pros

Pros? There are tons of great companies in this industry to work for, so not sure given all of the poor reviews why anyone would apply to work here.

Cons

You lose valuable time in your life when you could actually be doing something productive and being happy.

Thank you for your feedback. It’s unfortunate that after several years, this is the impression that stayed with you. We recognize that growth — for individuals, teams, and companies — rarely comes without some pain. No environment is perfect, and leadership plays a role, but so does communication, alignment, and personal accountability while in the role. We’re focused on building a culture where people are challenged, supported, and heard in the moment, not years later. We appreciate all perspectives that help us evolve — and wish you the best wherever your path has taken you.

Pros

Guilt-free remote work where PMs were trusted and encouraged to be autonomous. Interesting clients and projects, always opportunities to learn new softwares and skills. Easy access to management and was able to express ideas/concerns as they come up.

Cons

Fluctuating customer needs made planning schedules difficult.
