      Overall a great company that has some growing pains to work out.

      Pros

      -friendly supportive atmosphere, interesting and constantly moving environment, fast paced, free lunch, shuttles to the office from the T, breakroom with games

      Cons

      while fast paced is nice there is a pressure to be on your game 100% of the time, communication between groups is weak

      Pros

      After working for, and starting, a number of companies, big and small, I can say without reservation that it is a privilege to work with people who have created an extraordinarily successful company that is always fast, fun, challenging, and is both personally and professionally rewarding.

      Have to truly love working in the consumer web space.

      The ability to be innovative, experiment and try new things, and not being afraid to fail every now and again.

      Not able to bring in new people fast enough to do everything that we want to do as quickly as we would like.
