Pros

Good to start your path in B2B and sales. Standard base salary, low in my opinion compared with the market and the level of requirement of the job , but attractive commissions. Benefits are also good. Nice company culture in terms of diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Long working hours out of schedule many times. Big huge mistake to change to a hybrid working policy forced to go 3 times a week to office, the sales position is under a lot of pressure to stay most of the time on a noisy environment surrounded of managers that want to constantly put their eyes on your neck .Micromanagement in regards productivity is a disease in this company, definitely NOT a good practice specially when employees are working so hard to achieve targets, day by day. There's even big TV screens in the middle of the office with everybody's names to measure their productivity, which creates a huge level of anxiety and encourage a toxic comparison with other workmates . If you don't reach their daily standards you will be asked and "kindly" said that's not the way no matter what.. even if you're doing good in terms or results. Many people left because of this insanity. Furthermore there's absolutely no time over the day to put focus on self development and learning activities that might help to promote and achieve goals faster. If you want that, keep in mind to do it in your free time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and highlight the quality of our benefits, our commissions, and our culture. We are sorry to hear you have been feeling under pressure, lately. Both the leadership team and our People Operations team have an open door to listen to your concerns at any time and provide support. Since the return to office in a hybrid format, our employee's retention and satisfaction have been increasing noticeably to the highest records ever: the opportunity to be together, learn from each other, ramp up faster, enjoy in-office activities and free lunches 3 times a week, among other things, has been received with enthusiasm by many of our employees. We promote an environment where you have multiple channels to speak up and share feedback: we encourage you to reach out to your site leader or People Ops Business Partner as soon as you can to help make this place the best office in town, and beyond!
