I am disappointed to hear that your experience with your manager has not been positive, and I encourage you to speak with your HR Business Partner or me directly to share your concerns. Developing strong managers at TripAdvisor is a high priority for us, and we’re proud to have grown many leaders from within the company. We offer many leadership courses, as well as a management development program to help grow our leaders, but we do recognize that there is still room for improvement and we are working hard to further develop our leadership training efforts this year. It’s accurate that we do expect a lot from our employees, but this certainly should not be at the expense of employee morale. We take it very seriously when employees choose to leave TripAdvisor, and we want to understand why so we can take action to address any root issues. We’re happy to hear that you enjoy the benefits at TripAdvisor such as the gym, lunch and shuttle service.
