      free lunch, gym and travel stipends, great benefits and time off, paid healthcare, dogs in the offi,e free beer/wine/coffee, fantastic coworkers

      Cons

      lack of upward mobility, lack of transparency from upper management, launching ideas that are half baked in the great effort to push out results quickly

Open and honest communication and transparency are core values of our business and we rely on several different mediums to ensure that employees are informed. I encourage you to attend our monthly sync up meetings and town hall discussions where we review business updates. Regarding mobility, we invest heavily in our learning and development programs and while we’ve made significant progress in these areas, we realize there is still work to do.
