Company processes are overall flawed and certain critical processes are not sense making.

If you try to work pro customer focused, you have to interpret guidelines while then being called out for having broken regulations.
While if you pick up the "Nay" sayer attitude, saying "No" because you can say no, you participate in damaging the company and risk being called out for this as well.
As such, better stay with what you believe is right. And focus on what you and customers think of yourself and the company, and not necessarily on what "Nay" sayers, or the managers think. They will project and deflect their problems on you anyway.
At which state we reach "neuro diversity".
Which is a factor that is extreme present as well. You are forced to experience others mental health issues, as they are just considered "diverse" rather than insane. Not to mention when in return, while being completely emotional stable, balanced, etc. are being accused of having "abnormal" beheaviour.
Imagine a group of people with mental health issues, trying to frame a very healthy and sane individual for suffering from mental health issues. <- You will be confronted with this by the management.
If you are English you will also be amongst a low minority. This company is an example of exaggerated diversity and inclusion.
As such TripAdvisor shows how diversity and inclusion attempts actually backfire and make things worse as they would be without them.
