Pros

The people that Trinity recruits are great. I thoroughly enjoy most of the people i work with, and it is a driver of good experiences at Trinity. Benefits are great. Opportunity to grow used to be good, but it is becoming a little more undefined as they grow as a company.

Cons

There is a bit more work than advertised. The average day is a 9AM - 10PM for a senior consultant in the strategic advisory group.

We could not agree more that our people are simply the best! Thank you for sharing your experiences, and highlighting the influence and impact that all of our people have on our work and the company as a whole. Understand the push and pull of fluctuating hours can be difficult, especially within consulting. We are a performance-based culture and recognize our top performers, we encourage you to talk more with your HRBP team to understand this process more. Thank you again for sharing your experience!

Pros

While, Trinity may be a good place to start as a young consultant to learn the ropes, it becomes increasingly difficult to manage the workload and avoid burn out

Cons

Majority of projects are severely understaffed No work life balance (working from 8 am to 10 pm, with a quick dinner break is the norm) Typically staffed on multiple projects and stretched super thin and when the quality of work suffers, you are to blame This job has brought me to tears more times than I can count and the level of stress I experience while working here is not normal. Avoid working here if possible.

Thank you for sharing your experience at Trinity - and agree that Trinity is a wonderful place to start a career and get a breadth of exposure. We are saddened to hear about the stress that you are under, and highly encourage you to speak with your manager and HRBP about this as problems cannot be addresses if others do not know. We want to help and want to avoid this type of stress. Thank you for sharing your experience.
