      Pros

      Company culture is great. You do get recognized and appreciated for your work but it also depends on the team you are in. Learning is great. No other pharma company will be able to give you as much learning as Trinity in a short span of time.

      Cons

      Management has changed and the leadership had no plan of action to accommodate the changes. This caused a chaos at all levels of hierarchy. WLB is poor. You will have to work long hours and somewhere down the line, it becomes the team culture.
