Everyone always thinks the grass is greener...

Pros

Everyone always thinks the grass is greener some place else, but it just isn't. Trinity is an amazing place to work. Genuine leadership make a real effort to enhance employee satisfaction and are hardworking, fun people. Their transparency is unheard of in other businesses - in no other company will leadership share revenue numbers and other financial information with junior staff. Not to mention let you question how they got to those numbers. They want and appreciate feedback. If you work at Trinity, you are most likely friends or roommates and outings create long lasting bonds. Lot's of opportunities to grow and learn if you are willing to take advantage of all that Trinity has to offer. Your intelligence and hard work won't go unnoticed at Trinity. Long hours are normal at consulting agencies - don't be fooled. Work life balance is what you make of it, but Trinity wants you to take advantage of vacation time, holidays, and take time off when you need it. Many employees have families and commit to regular schedules to make their families a priority and they want everyone to do the same. Trinity is a private company and has no ties to investors. They have grown consistently year after year and are a stable company to work for.

Cons

Benefits could be more affordable but that will come with growth. Sometimes you have to fight to stand out but this is true at any company - harder at Trinity because EVERYONE is so smart and hardworking. Commute can be tough, but with the addition of a new FREE shuttle from Alewife to CityPoint - you couldn't ask for an easier way to leave the city. Some initiatives die but usually because they were a waste of time to begin with.

Amazing Place to Work!

Pros

I can hands-down say that I never worked at a company where the Leadership team has such an emotional investment not only in the company but the people. Leadership, including the President and Managing Partner, have an open door policy, and there is no question or idea too big or too small. At Trinity you are rewarded for good and hard work, there is nothing that goes unnoticed.

Cons

Health benefits could be a little bit better price-wise, but the price comes with the size of the company. Larger company 500PPL+ = Cheaper Benefits

Not prepared to scale

Pros

Great place to launch a career; smart people, interesting clients and projects, and a great opportunity to gain experience and expertise relatively quickly.

Cons

The firm is fully unprepared to scale to meet ambitious growth targets: Leadership behave inappropriately at outings. People are promoted into management roles without guidance, leading to poor communication and stressful situations that land on the shoulders of junior staff.
