Pros

Easy to get hired. Simple testing.

Cons

Extremely low pay. You pay all PayPal fees. Long stretches of little or no work.

Doesn't pay well

Pros

Easy to get hired if I remember correctly. And you can choose when to work. Improves your grammar?

Cons

They have something in their description about how they have the best pay rate for entry level in the industry or something, which I think they made up to make themselves sound good. There are other places that definitely pay better. Also, you can't withdraw your money until you make at least $20 worth, and their rules for transcribing are nitpicky considering they don't pay well. They run out of available work a lot, too. And if you accidentally leave the page it doesn't save your work so you just can't get it back.

Good experience so far.

Pros

There is plenty of work to go around most of the time. The pay/work ratio is good if you qualify and take advantage of the special teams and not stick to basic transcription. Great as a secondary source of income.

Cons

Depending on your location it can be difficult, if not impossible, to have this as your only source of income.
