      Decently sized company with plenty of bureaucracy and lack of growth

      Pros

      Great benefits package and PTO, paid time and a half OT, smaller office, flexibility from management with short-notice time off requests.

      Cons

      Lack of growth potential within the company, no recognition for above and beyond performances, lack of professional associates, promotions/scheduling based on favoritism, no gratitude.

      Pros

      Company is known so it is good to have on your resume and can open up doors as you apply to other jobs in the future.

      Cons

      This was a first job after college. The company didn't really what they were hiring for and had a bunch of lay offs 10 months later. The review process is not that great and working hard does not pay off.

      Pros

      Company paid for parking. Some great coworkers. Several attempts to have a Christmas party. Somewhat flexible start time. Cell phone is provided but beware!

      Cons

      You aren't allowed to have a life outside of this place! Poor raises compared to other companies. No growth opportunities. As someone else's review says.. Sweatshop!
