Cheap company with poor upper management!

Good team work and minimal office politics. Good location, building is located right outside of the 6 train station

Cons

Poor air ventilation, inconsistent policy, slow response to employees, improper to no training provided, unfair request of work hours, department move every few months, no sick days

Young entry level staff - starting pay in proj mngment typically around $40K If u can release the ball n'chain from your ankle to your desk - you can attend a few social events sponsored by TP - a way of them showing their gratitude for your blood, sweat and tears If you find a second in your day to interact socially with your coworkers - you can find some really great people work here - yet they're so overworked, you mostly feel their pain or see their tears.

Cons

Um, same as above along with sr. management's appearance of having their head stuck in the sand and their lack of response to the obvious revolving door of production staff (either voluntarily or by termination). Issues with production are NEVER the fault of management decisions - but ALWAYS the fault of the employee....and thus TP continues to hire unqualified employees ...if that's the case.
