Job is varied and it makes you learn a lot. Some colleagues are nice.

Cons

Staff is overwhelmed, not enough people hired for the amount of work required, which leads to overwork and burnout. They don't value enough people with experience and they tend to treat employees like computers, micromanaging them and timing them. You can build a career if you rot there for years and years. Miserable wages.

Stable employment, it’s very difficult to get fired

Cons

Basically no wor culture, it’s a big corporation where people are supposed to serve as robots that follow the instructions 100%. There are no clear goals, just projects coming up all the time. Not much space for growth, unless you like this kind of environment. I quit because my ambitions were not at all satisfied

Pros

-People in general are great. -Very good teamlead. -Good as a starting point. -The tools provided to do the job were quite good. -Ticket restaurant. -Fresh fruit and coffee. -Bonus every three months.

Cons

-The product is quite boring. -The very low bonus doesn't depend of your job and there is no way to know how to improve it. -People usually do a lot of extra hours (not in my department). -Salaries are just not fair, even when you are promoted. -The company fired some people and they have to sue to get their rightful money. -The structure of the company is a mess. -HR department can't do math so you have to be very careful when signing any document with them. -A lot of talented people leave the company because they can't grow, they do not feel appreciated and the salaries are quite low. -Once every three months they send you an email saying the company has been doing great and the revenue is amazing. After that, your manager tells you that the bonus is going to be low because the company is loosing money.
