Only if you consider working late nights and weekends a “balance.” Their main priority isn’t quality work, employee satisfaction, or even basic human decency—it’s profit, profit, and more profit. They’ll nickel and dime clients while cutting every possible corner to maximize their margins. If you’re hoping for career growth, prepare for disappointment. Promotions are rare unless you’re part of the inner circle or willing to play corporate politics. Overall, TransPerfect is a soul-sucking, money-hungry machine that thrives on burnout and high turnover. If you have any self-respect, run. You deserve better.
