The people who work here (not management or leadership) are great

Cons

Absolutely everything: Managers harass you, are possessive, and micromanage you It is an MLM Structure (you will never move up unless someone leaves or moves up) Disrespect from all levels of sales - the sales leaders are actually the worst Disrespect from clients and management will tell you they are right No paid overtime - ever Barely any holidays. You dont even get off MLK Day or Juneteenth. No bank holidays either. They won't pay out PTO when you leave / they will ask you to move around your PTO for work No work life balance They give you bonuses and try to act as if it can supplement for a real salary HR are unhelpful and definitely not there to help employees, only leadership Whatever you do, don't work for the life sciences team
