In the last year, I have seen a lot of positive changes at Toptal. The culture has shifted tremendously and the leadership has strengthened. Change can be hard, especially for people who have been at the company for a long time -- but it's exciting to see the positive momentum and morale shift, which in turn is creating new opportunities for all of us. Toptal is an organization of really smart people who are experts in their field. It's a pleasure to work with such professionals on a daily basis.
Cons
Remote work isn't for everyone. You must be a self-starter and driven to be able to succeed here and tackle all of the work ahead of us. The speed of communication is immediate, but also extremely impressive as decisions are made and work gets done fast.
