      Good experience for those who lack skills and expertise Joining projects and tasks which help develop skills

      Cons

      Poor overall compensation. Terrible performance incentive and performance review process potential fake/forged by colleagues giving exaggerated negative feedback. Lack of salary increases- people in lower positions getting paid the same or more money. Lack of strong leadership team to manage conflict between teams - at times feels forms of bullying with no consequences in my opinion Poor workplace and teams structure - lack of head count in some departments and too much in others. Non stop continuous increase in work, project, targets and other deliverables

      Pros

      Being a fast growing company in the US, salaries are quite high.

      Cons

      The company works in a constant fast pace environment where new hires are expected to figure things out without receiving any training. It is extremely difficult for non-chinese people to fit in. The company's culture is extremely different than what most US companies are used to and overall running as it would in China. Most people speak Chinese in offices and chats. There is no work life balance and most employees do communicate in the middle of the night or on weekends to work with the teams in China.

      - Looks good on the resume - Lovely client partners and CSM team!

      Cons

      - Managers have no future outlook on your career - No diversity in workplace. If you look around, people are mostly from the same background. - Abusive workplace, colleagues will gang-up to give silent treatment, sabotage your work, and holding back information with malicious intention. The team leaves to dump the undesired task to you when they feel like it. - The company culture is just a decoration, no one practice the company culture in the work - Insufficient training, you are set up to fail in the first place - Shifting expectation - No work life balance
