Pros

Unfortunately there’s none I could think of.

Cons

This is a very toxic and micromanaging culture. There’s no trust in the employees about anything. The management is seriously unqualified or incredibly careless. Also the HR will lie to hire people so please very careful to what you hear and sign. Had I known I would never have accepted the job in TikTok and I wish someone had warned me.

Pros

Nothing is possitive about this workplace

Cons

Please stay away from taking this job, initially I was hired because of the brand value and the salary, but later I realised that this place is very racist. They will compare your performance with someone working in china for 14 to 15 hours a day. You cant have peaceful life if you take this job. The management changes every month. They will not trust anyone. Poor benefits and sometimes your target bonus is also is very discreet. Avoid this work place for better mental health

Pros

- Free drinks, - Free snacks (but if you're on late or night shift, you may not benefit it from that much, as it doesn't get filled up as often as it supposed to be), - Free warm lunch or dinner (small portion) from Monday to Friday,

Cons

- TikTok doesn't offer salary rise, to get it, you need to get a promotion and move to another department, - Since we don't get a salary rise, many people want to move to a different department, and it's not possible to develop a career as we don't have enough internal jobs, - Everything has got more expensive, just go to supermarket and compare prices, everyday items got 20% or more expensive and we are not getting a salary rise but therefore we are obligated to come to the office 2 times a week. This is just an additional cost. Previously we were allowed to work from home and we didn't need to come to work. - Either the hot food's portions should be increased, or just offer a better salad buffet with more diverse choices. I understand some people like to eat raw broccoli and cauliflower as their salad choice, not everyone is into super healthy meals. For example, I like tuna pasta salad as well as potato salad.
