It’s become toxic, no genuine interest in d&i, my manager is incompetent and gained a seat by being a master in politics, sells others work as their own and without the team wouldn’t have a clue what they’re doing - a real bully behind a smile and gets away with it. Questioning the status quo gets you beaten back in to line (metaphorically) - zero inclusion. Zero work life balance, it’s not a priority to the company and it’s questionable whether they care about your health, priorities are all focused on output. Huge anxiety even for high performers with the performance review process and increased admin.
