Do not work here

Pros

The pros of working here are that you own your work and can be as creative as possible. I love not being held in restraints when it comes to ideation and executing projects. I've made some great lifelong friends and connections here as well.

Cons

1. Impossible to get a raise or level change 2. Rigged performance structure with literal letter grades 3. Forced work culture (being kind and professional is not enough) they want you to suck up to people and give Disney World treatment 4. No opportunties to make more even if you go on another team you keep the same salary even if that role pays more 5. Forced to come to the office 3 days a week it will be 5 soon (mind you there is not enough seats) all the jobs can be done from home it's a way to control people

Pros

Free lunch and free snacks

Cons

Terrible work culture, young and inexperienced leaders who are know-it-alls. Focus on meaningless rubbish like monitoring RTO and winning petty arguments than actual work. Top down decision making, top down everything, new ideas and suggestions get derided. Leaders only know how to talk about feel good things like open culture, flat hierarchy, flexibility, but they are in fact rigid, political, close minded and engaged in extreme group think. Only know how to talk the talk but do not walk the walk. 360 reviews are a joke where team leads can randomly add people that you've never or barely work with in order to get high number of rejections or negative reviews. Promotion is a round table where people whom you have never met judge you on work that they've never seen in departments they've never worked with. Presentation in Chinese, when all work that was done was in English. Working hard day to day is not enough, still have to work on the presentation to prove your work is good to people you have never met, in a language that you struggle with, to be considered for promotion. Also no yearly pay increment, reason being "you are already in the upper levels of this pay band".

TOXIC and bullying work culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Apart of the basic benefits not much.

Cons

Evil as its gets, management created toxic and bullying environment. The core values are used as joke. Forced RTO zero collaboration, people making projects only for their performance reviews, getting bonus for it and canceling it, pure projects culture the core job is doesn’t matter. Management are bullying employees and creating unbearable working environments, everyone complaining on each other constantly, this company its all about self. The micromanagement makes you feel like you back to your school, status tool, test, recorder screen and much more to surprise. Product teams are dont care about feedback perfectly fine platform was replaced with bad one “for privacy”. Everything is controlled here, mental breakdowns tough times and no one care as long the job gets done. They only care about wasting time in company parties and alcohol like they are in the teens, its fine to have fun, but some people are grownups with family and they prefer to take their family to a nice meal rather than going to party. You can imagine how bad the management make you feel on daily basis.
