Pros

-Pick your time when you work between 6am-12pm -My Team, besides the Lead and the Quality Manager -Working with Leads from different queues

Cons

-The Pay amount for the position is too low -Leadership not standing with their associates -Micromanagement -Leadership is focused on numbers rather than coaching and developing future leaders. -Not open to collaboration with any teams -The company puts on a facade as if all operations are operational and don't need any fine-tuning.

Pros

Nice peers, nice benefits, nice perk

Cons

1. China orientated. If you are chinese but not from China, good luck in surviving 2. Use performance review to remove people 3. Hiring issue and putting wrong people in the wrong position. Did not do proper background check. 4. Keep changing. Joined 8 mths, change 6 managers. 5. Got threaten by manager that the job will be lost 6. HR started hiring replacement when people is still in interview process to change role. HR issue is extremely bad.

Micromanagement, bias and lack of trust

Pros

Talented people, nice office, good benefits, good brand for your CV, good product.

Cons

The Chinese don't really understand or accept that Western countries won't work after hours all the time. No work-life balance at all. Regional leaders don't really make the decisions, that is for the big bosses in China. Goals are unrealistic. A lot of micromanagement, in all levels. The bosses in China mircromanage their regional leaders who then pass the pressure to their local teams. A lot of pressure. Terribly, terribly drenched in bias. They assume everything in the company should be as it is in APAC. People want to bring in more Chinese just because they will "work harder" and because they speak the language. Local teams try to be more diverse, but have zero support from HQ as this is not an issue for them. D&I doesn't exist. They don't understand other cultures, unfortunately.
