Advocates of good development practices and agile practices for software delivery. As a consultancy company, you have the chance to get experience in different types of projects with different domains. Great company to start your career and increase very quick your development skills and your knowledge about software delivery and influence. Management tried their best to care of the employees even in difficult times. The company promotes feedback and inclusivity.

Cons

It's still a consultancy company, which means having the skills to influence the clients to use all these best practices for development and delivery. In some cases, the company still uses a body shopping model. It's not common, but it's there.
