Pros

The culture is much better than I’ve experienced at other consultancies and product companies. It’s a global organisation with lots of regional autonomy. I feel I can be myself there at all times. Compared to other organisations of its size and type, the gender balance is decent and improving. It’s a good place for people who require flexible ways of working to be, and as a non-male technology leader, I feel very comfortable and respected. The culture is relaxed and the company is full of social justice warriors who believe technology can change the world for good.

Cons

Very fast growth in the Spain region has made it difficult to keep up with the underlying operational changes required when nearly doubling in size each year and the recent global crises have made these pain points more apparent; however the leadership team seems dedicated to addressing these issues in the coming year. And it’s still better than working for a carnica in any situation.

Pros

Amazing culture and people inside the company. Is for real the most diverse and social aware technology company I worked. Very friendly environment to change careers, nobody are going to block you if you want to pursue new goals.

Cons

Depends on the project you need to have some availability for travel, nobody is gonna force you but it can impact in your job because we have lot of clients located in another cities

Pros

Supportive culture, talented people, and strong opportunities for professional growth. The company encourages learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement, making it a great environment to develop both technical and personal skills.

Cons

Some internal processes can be hard to navigate at times. With many tools and workflows in place, it’s easy to lose track of how to complete certain tasks, especially at the beginning.
