Pros

The company culture is great and very open. You feel welcome and accepted as you are

Cons

Business Analysts experience will depend on the project you are put in. Sometimes it is very challenging and you don't get much support. Sometimes it is very fluid and you get ample support. Depending on the project you might play a product manager role or a jira master role.

Pros

The people and culture are great. You always feel supported and encouraged to pursue excellence more than in any other tech company I've worked for before. Relatively flat hierarchy, where you drive your growth plan and have the opportunity to get in touch with world-class tech influencers.

Cons

Very few things to mention. Make sure your priorities and values are aligned with the company's, such as inclusivity and social impact. Also worth understanding that consultancy has pros and cons compared to product companies.
