Pros

-Both in Thoughtworks as a whole and in the Recruitment teams there is a big focus on learning and tackling interesting projects outside of our usual roles. This creates a lot of engagement in what you do and also helps you grow. -Very professional environment with tons of global support, both for day to day challenges and for empowering growth (there are sponsors, coaches, e-learning and other stuff available). -People first environment: every decision is taken with the people in mind, trying to provide a great experience and taking into account what people need/want. There is a lot of flexibility and within recruitment we work based on objectives. -The teams are great and very welcoming, very nice atmosphere to work in. -Good and competitive benefits. -Remote first!

Cons

-Pay is fair but does not lead the market. Room for improvement here. -You can find lack of clarity in some processes, the company is growing a lot and having clear processes to support this growth is a challenge, there is still room for improvement here.

Pros

The best company I had worked for. Several reasons: 1.- Lots of learning technical and soft skills 2.- Good salary 3.- A really vibrant atmosphere with very nice and knowledgeable colleagues 4.- Fully remote working, with the possibility of working from the office (Madrid or Barcelona) if you want 5.- Lots of perks: visa refilled every month to spend on food and transport, sick day if you don't feel ok, Udemy for business full access, etc. 6.- Very transparent and inclusive all opinions (when respectful) are welcome. 7.- You feel respected, free to do your best, and part of a team.

Cons

It is a consultancy not all engagements are technically very appealing
