We are sincerely grateful for taking the time to leave us your review! Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we are truly inspired by your comments. The dedication and enthusiasm towards self-growth and the cultivation of others are what set us apart and make our organization truly exceptional. When it comes to projects, there can be an element of unpredictiability when it comes to timing for each individual. We have so many different projects going on in so many cities and we staff those as needed. We do try to accommodate ThoughtWorker's preferences and growth goals so that people get a broad range of experience and opportunity. Thank you for sharing your opinion, we will share it with Staffing so we can keep on improving. Best, María

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I’m glad to hear you enjoy our culture of learning and appreciation of the craft of software. I'm glad to hear you recognize what makes Thoughtworks extraordinary: our people. Regarding salaries, these can vary wildly depending on role, experience, and market. We also offer a generous benefits package. For candidates applying to ThoughtWorks, we encourage you to be honest and up front about your compensation expectations and ask about the benefits in your region! Lastly, when it comes to staffing, there can be an element of unpredictability at times. We do try to accommodate ThoughtWorker's preferences and growth goals so that people get a broad range of experience and opportunity, however we also have to balance these with our clients’ needs. Best, María
