Workload too high Turnover high despite good pay and work at home opportunities Coverage of one another and two case loads in order to use vacation time Annual review process not fair or consistent and do not seem to be performance based Bonuses distributed unequally or not at all Annual raises are lacking after the initial hiring rate Bonuses do not equal time and money spent to do things like being a preceptor.
