      Generous perks and paid time off. Insurance from day one and work from home.

      No work life balance. Your expected to give your entire life to the company with no consideration of family.

      Pros

      Mid level management and employees are smart, hard working, and engaged. The C suite is making every effort to drive market leadership.

      Cons

      Sr. Management (excluding the C suite) are ethically challenged. They deliberately mislead the C suite as well as company employees to protect the status quo. Recently, several employees that have raised concerns have been let go.

      Stable job in a bad economy. Nice people to work with with nice office. Decent Pay and ample vacation time. Continuing to hire people for roles.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance regardless of ability. Dealing with Cigna Human Resources has been a nightmare. Don't look to be promoted easily.
