Pros

Great Salary, Benefits, 401k, flexible work schedule, and understanding managers with a family first attitude. Sky is the limit if your dedicated, passionate, and want to exceed.

Cons

There are no negative comments I can think of! I love going to work

Pros

My team is fantastic and I like the work that I do and the people that I interact with daily. The tools that we are provided allow us to all work remotely but collaboratively with ease.

Cons

I was hired years ago as work from home not aligned to any office. The new future of work initiative means that I will be forced to go into an office with people that have nothing to do with my job. My team is located all over the world and nobody is close to my location. The hours that I will spend a day commuting are making it impossible to find child care options that are even open that long. The worst part of it is the generic responses to any questions or concerns. There is no department to reach out to to discuss this and there is no appeals process. It's sad that as a loyal, productive employee I'm being forced to consider leaving and finding a new job.

Pros

Decent benefits and competitive pay, and I've had the chance to work with some truly talented colleagues

Cons

I cannot overlook the severe issues related to transparency, layoffs, and communication. What was especially concerning was the complete lack of transparency regarding these layoffs. The management kept it a well-guarded secret, actively discouraging employees from discussing it openly or sharing any information with the public or the news media. This lack of communication and transparency only exacerbated the anxiety and confusion surrounding the situation.
