Pros

Reasonable hourly rate for retail, standards are modest so easy to get away without over-exerting yourself. If you keep your head down and don't ruffle too many feathers, it's very difficult to get into any trouble.

Cons

Probably because the company expanded so quickly a few years back, the management steucture is bloated and full of people with poor management skills who just want to make themselves look good at the expense of everyone else. Current CEO has shown he is keen to massively cut jobs to save money in the short term, presumably to leave with a big bonus when the consequences start to hit.
