Pros

- consistent hours (contracted), secure job. - overtime shifts available during busier periods

Cons

- very poor management (lying about approving holiday; changing rosters/shifts last minute and then blaming employees when they didn't know that they had a shift - poor night shift differential pay - poor staffing (you WILL be doing the job of 2-3 people) - 0 accountability for poor management
