      Pros

      Great company with great brands and in house teams. It is a pleasure to work for such a well known brands and see that people around are using them.

      Cons

      Current restructuring status. Company will probably need some time to reconsider the overall strategy and draw a clear road map to get there.

      Pros

      You learn how to maximise sales through effective merchandising and marketing. You are able to analise sales through different several ratios which help you to find what the success or problem are.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better. There is so much stuff to do and responsibility. Also there is not enough staff in the store to complete with your daily programme. That means you have to stay longer not to miss the deadlines.
