      Pros

      You learn how to maximise sales through effective merchandising and marketing. You are able to analise sales through different several ratios which help you to find what the success or problem are.

      Cons

      Salaries could be better. There is so much stuff to do and responsibility. Also there is not enough staff in the store to complete with your daily programme. That means you have to stay longer not to miss the deadlines.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed all of the people at the company and the global outlook Cortefiel has , all departments were very helpful and open to suggestions

      Cons

      Was hard working as an intern for a Spanish company speaking only English, wish I could've gotten more involved as an international student/intern
