There is no clear ownership, zero direction, zero training and no team culture. The give no feedback or development. Most staff work part time and it’s very clicky. Leadership has been there to long and don’t know how to run a modern team

They paid well for minimal work

Cons

People stick to their silos and don’t consider the company as a whole, there’s so much management and meetings bloat. Lots of people who talk a lot to keep up the charade that they’re doing something when they’re just slowing down progress. Worst company culture I’ve experienced. Not surprising to see how the company and their stock has performed since their Covid bubble.
