Remote work, some good people still here.

Cons

Almost monthly invisible layoffs to become profitable, No good revenue growth visibility, lots of politics, blame games happening. Lot of reorgs. Non experienced people with big egos are managing experienced folks. Because of layoffs lot of work burden on existing fewer folks. Despite the economy, not the best place to be in, unfortunately. Only execs are being rewarded for their poor company's performances with equity. Equities which were part of the initial offer has been removed for rest of the workforce. It is truly a dog eats dog world. I am sure some departments are working fine but not sure for how long.

Cons

Bonuses are based on achievement of corporate goals, which have been missed significantly so are much smaller than expected.

Pros

Diverse products, lots of challenging problems, good people

Cons

Huge technical debt, lack of competent product leadership (no CPO for over a year), executive leadership who doesn't understand how the products work and are their incapable of creating a viable roadmap to profitability, large amounts of internal politics from mid-level managers, loss of many if the competent people who understood who different processes work. Things take 5x longer then they should to get done and management fails to understand they are never going to layoff their way out of this.
