      Better love the flip flop.

      Pros

      You will have some great colleagues. Understanding the need for time away. The ability to work from home.

      Cons

      No real opportunity to move up within the company. Lots of lip service to hiring from inside but saw zero action on it. Rather than moving tenured proven employees to positions with new projects or forgoing ridiculous bonuses to upper management they laid off 6% of their US workforce. Made everyone feel exceptionally disposable.
