Pay is great. Benefits are good. Employee stock grants. We’ll known brand. Great solutions for virtual care!

Cons

Volatility in stock value. Leadership is too reactive and not proactive. Publicly traded company still behaving like a startup. No foundation of structure perpetuates hustle culture. Evidence of cut throat management styles and open disrespect - and some fierce internal political battles that end up disrupting work and disengaging employees.
