2020 was definitely a year for change between COVID impacting the healthcare industry and the major growth we experienced with a merger and an acquisition. We expanded our service offerings to our members and grew our employee headcount dramatically. Although advance communication would have been our intent during each change, we agree there would have been opportunities to do even better. We agree with you that our benefits are amazing and they too have been growing. We now offer even more PTO days, and floating holiday, and an even broader range of physical and mental health benefits. We wish you well in your future endeavors.
