      Steer clear if you want to stay in Healthcare/Tech

      * remote * unlimited pto

      Cons

      * non-existant management structure * no planning behind software * every team fends for themselves * "old guard" managers with failing knowledge of tech They've tried over the years to have agile coaches, organization, jira "experts", but they've failed horribly. The problem doesn't lie with JIRA or how meetings are done, but the problem is the "old guard" managers that would like to keep their easy jobs and make things worse for everyone else. This company has struggled to have direction during my tenue at the company. I fear that the company has hit a death spiral as far as organization and management. Stay away.

      Avoid at all cost

      Pros

      The job is remote, Colleagues are a pleasure to work with and helpful when they can be virtual chats. Colleagues will support one another and stand up for what is right.

      Cons

      Mental health workers have a high virtual caseload with little to no brakes in between patients. It is now expected that patient can book same-day appointments to keep your schedule full and you are expected to see to 10 patients per day three back to back with no break.
