      They Just Can't Get It Together

      Pros

      Good work/life balance in terms of setting my hours but horrible work/life balance in terms of communication and clear expectations

      Cons

      I've never been so anxious to quit a job. From the top down, communication is terrible. People make decisions without considering the impact on others. There isn't a plan for anything. I never have any idea what projects I will be on more than 2 months out.

      Your teammates are fun to be around.

      Poor communication from management. Lack of appreciation. Work/Life balance is terrible. Management and supervisors think they can talk to people any type of way.

      The product is amazing and the people are great and supportive. Anyone can find the negative if they look hard enough wherever they go. I have been here nearly 3 years and it is frustrating to hear people taking shots when they are looking at it from a narrow, many times selfish, perspective. I am sure that many of them were not outstanding employees for their prior employers either. All that is expected is that you come to work with a good attitude, do the right thing for our members and do our job. For that we are part of a great company that is growing and growing. We have wonderful benefits, very good leadership and the company gives us a piece of the company. If the company sets too high of a standard for you to meet, go find another company. I love this company and all they do. Leave us to set the standard.

      Cons

      Growing as fast as we have we do not have best practices in all areas but we are at least to be part of the fix by asking us for ideas. Instead of complaining use your energy to make recommendations for changes. Be reasonable.
